On December 23, 2008 the MLCC recorded $3.6 million in sales which is an all-time record in Manitoba. The previous record was $3.4 million which was set last holiday season.
December 23rd is usually the busiest day for the Liquor Mart since most people have already started entertaining on the 24th.
