Walmart will be selling the Arcade Edition of the Xbox 360 for only $128 from March 12 – March 18! Be sure to get their early to get stock while it’s still available!
The big difference between an Arcade Edition and Premium Edition is the lack of hard drive. To download Xbox Live Games you’ll have to purchase an official hard drive from Microsoft. Microsoft over charges for them so your best bet is to find one used.

Legendary duo Simon & Garfunkel will be performing at MTS Centre on Wednesday, May 5, 2010.
You’ll know this duo for their hit single Bridge Over Troubled Water from the album of the same name.

Hurt Locker Wins Best Picutre

The Hurt Locker beat out heavily favoured Avatar to win Best Picture and Best Director at the Academy Awards last night. I personally haven’t seen Hurt Locker yet, but if its considered better than Avatar, than it must be good! It was the first nomination and win for Hurt Locker director Kathryn Bigelow. The funny part? Kathryn Bigelow is Avatar Director James Cameron’s ex-wife.
Jeff Bridges won best actor in a leading role for Crazy Heart. Christoph Waltz won best actor in supporting role for Inglourious Basterds.
Sandra Bullock won best actress in a leading role for The Blind Side. Mo’Nique won best actress in supporting role for Previous.
One of my favourite movies this year, and one that I thought should have been nominated for Best Picture was UP. It did however win Best Animated Picture.
Avatar would only win 3 Oscars for Best Art Direction, Best Cinematography, and the guaranteed Best Visual Effects.
